Outreach activities of international criminal tribunals remain as a neglected area in the field law. This article draws attention to this very under-researched and highlights importance outreach work providing justice. By focusing on International Criminal Tribunal for former Yugoslavia (the ICTY) case study, argues that are significant gain support local populations under their jurisdictions.
